The Story Behind Mile High Exterior Construction
In late 1989 Harold Sellars returned home after serving overseas for the US Army, and following Colorado’s big hail storm of 1990, migrated to Colorado to start Mile High Exterior Construction.
It wasn’t until the Spring of 1990 that Harold’s wife & current owner LaPrell visited Colorado for the first time, and quickly fell in love with the mountains, the fresh afternoon rain showers and of course the people.
Today LaPrell Wade runs the business where not only does she care for every home like its her own, but restore them, keeping alive the tradition with a new vision.
